1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 tsp black pepper
2 c grated Cheddar cheese
1 c Guy’s Pretzel Twists, crushed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 c ham, chopped


  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter and stir in flour.†
  3. Add milk and stir until thickened.
  4. Add cheese slowly and stir until melted.†
  5. SautÈ ham, pepper and onion until onion is translucent.†
  6. Add ham, pepper and onion to cheese.
  7. Fold cheese mixture into macaroni and top with crushed pretzels.†
  8. Sprinkle with pepper.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
