1/2 lb crab meat, shredded
1-1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp cocktail sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c Guy’s Sour Cream & Onion Potato chips, crushed


In a large bowl, moisten the bread crumbs with the cocktail sauce and the mayonnaise. Mix in remaining ingredients.  Shape into balls about the size of walnuts.  Fry in oil until brown, about 5 minutes.  Serve Crab Balls while hot; with tartar sauce.  Balls can also be made ahead of time and reheated.

Peanut oil for frying.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
